Once you sign up you pay for the first cleaning, then you can choose to set up monthly autopay to cover the cost of the next year, or you can pay the amount due in full after the cleaning is completed. The only thing that we ask is if you have any changes, please let us know by March 31st of the following year. This is when we build our schedule for the year, and it helps us plan accordingly. Any cancellations after the March 31st deadline will incur a 25% cancellation fee.
